iPad Sandbox application - porting over web-based application to iPad

Looking for an exceptionally smart & capable iOS engineer to port over a web-based application for a biometrics technology using dynamic signature verification technology. The main component that needs to be ported over is the algorithm module -- that takes raw data from the iPad and processes it through the scientific data module to output data for verification. What is already completed -- the Algorithm module is fully developed. The tasks for the current project: 1) Currently the input device to process data is a Wacom Signature tablet. Once ported over to the iPad, the retina screen will become the input device that takes the raw data and sends it to the algorithm to process. So, modifications will need to be made to the current scientific module to allow input data from the iPad. 2) Handwriting recognition -- Will need to render the user's signature using an existing iPad application like Penultimate (which was bought by Evernote). So, use Penultimate or Evernote SDK to render the signature graphically on the iPad. 3) Cocoa Touch SDK -- will need to capture data directly off the retina screen, please refer to point #1 above... That's it! This will be just a test trial, testing in sandbox to validate that the biometrics technology works in the iPad environment. There will likely be 3 stages to develop a full application. This is done in order to ensure that we are working with a competent developer. The 1st stage budget is - $1,200.
