Drainage Hydrology plans report Civil Engineering including Autodesk 3D Civil

$220 We seek a qualified civil engineer to create the following:- Hydrology Report/Drainage report This report will confirm that the proposed drainage design will achieve requirements of no additional run off from the construction. This report is both a text based, and pictorial document, and as a minimum contains the following elements Hydrology analysis & Drainage Management Area (DMA) Sizing Calculations Pre-project discharge/Post-project discharge 10/100 year calculations Document Bio-retention areas to treat run off Various initial data is available from government websites such as [login to view URL] Hydraflow Hydrographs Hydraflow Storm Sewers are two pieces of hydrology software originally from Intelisolve packaged now within Civil 3D Drainage plan The site has visible drainage patterns, which need to be addressed in a drainage plan, to properly addressing/resolving the drainage flow, in the context of the proposed construction. Bio retention areas are to be designed and shown, in the scope of this project eng. project The drainage plan should show drainage being resolved in full consideration of the positioning of new construction on the site. Drainage from leaders/roof/house connections are to be shown. Photos can be provided showing the over-ground culverts/drains available downhill at street level, it is unlikely local government documentation exists. Where there are differences between the topographical map and the recent satellite view as to the channels on the site, the recent satellite view takes precedence and design should be made accordingly. ……. ---------……… -The report and plans must be created and provided in the style, to the conventions, and formats customary in the region/Marin County CA. Several example plans and reports are available that will provide a high level of assistance in complying with this point. -We the client do not have a civil engineer on staff and will not be providing assistance to you -The engineer is to use Autodesk 3D Civil. Full dwgs will be required at the end of the project to enable other professionals to do their work -A full set of dwgs of the current proposed project, including outline topography, is available. (Not every elevation may be fully entered into a model, but all the general topo data points are documented) -More or less completed documents (in pdf) will be required, with no more than 4 draft progress prints through this engineering documentation project life time. It is a much respected and adhered to local practice to NOT engage the client in assisting in any way with the drawings/corrections, the client ONLY provides high level feedback on proposed designs/locations. No more than 2 working hours of the client’s time should be taken through the entire project. Any questions are to be documented in a Word/appropriate text editor software in groups of questions, and will not be answered in a SMS/text message service like environment. And at the end the complete documents. -The engineering project documentation engineer has full responsibility for setting up the project documentation map/project documentation design, and table layouts therein. Reliance should be placed on the above referenced example plans and reports. - The roadway may be shortened. It will be widened to 20’. It may be lengthened to incorporate a fire truck turnaround.
