I would like someone to write a small program for registering phone application as default program for the tel: protocol/URI Scheme. When I click a tel: link on a website I want my phone application to be started in the same way Skype is started when you have Skype installed and click a tel: link. Program must work on Windows 7,8,10. Source code must be included. In Windows 8/10 the phone application must also be listed as a standard program for the URL:Tel Protocol. The input in the program must be the phone application name and phone application path/exe name.
