I need a tutor for ASP.NET Visual Basic Visual Studio. Very simple assigment see text, but it has to be exactly as in the instructions. I cannot keep up with VS, VB and ASP.NET because there are so many files, so I made specific instructions to help me better. I prefer you use Visual Studio 2017 because that is what I have and sometimes I cannot open a 2013 or another version with it and do not know how to convert. I need this within 12 hours of now, so I will pick someone quick and then they have a few hours to do it. It is only about 1 hour of work. I will pay 30.00 if you bid higher you are just wasting bids. Thank you.
