You need some sort of AI mixed into it so the approval and assignment system is automated. As you know a change management system has the following parts: 1) Change Documentation 2) Approval Routing 3) Audit Ready 4) Complete Visibility Keeping this in mind the cloud bases software you are wanting to develop will have the following steps: a) Format Change Request: We will develop a form which Change Requester will fill up and then the Change Co-ordinator can approve the same. b) Categorize and Prioritize the Change: The Change Coordinator will assess the urgency and the impact of the change on the infrastructure, end user productivity, and budget. c) Analyze the impact of the Change: In this stage, Change Co-ordinator in discussion with Change Requester and Change initiator decides the risk involved in implementing the change and document the same through the system. d) Approval and Scheduling; This is where our ASP.net based system will come into play. An automated or semi-automated routing system needs to be in place in order to route the Request For Change to the appropriate person. e) Plan and complete the implementation of change: This requires some kind of project management tool to manage it.
