.NETCore 3.1 with DevExpress

Create ASP.NET Core 3.1 Razor pages with DevExpress controls to manage Users & Roles including an ability to reset a password. This will be using ASP.NET Core identity. Note : creating users and roles with assign role to users has been done the left work is only converting simplest UI to devexpress is left.(Project .Netcore 2.1) This project is in .netcore 2.1 but the actual requirements is in 3.1 so we need to migrate that from 2.1 to 3.1 all the requirements using cshtml simple html page is done like controls to manage Users & Roles including an ability to reset a password now we will only need to work in devexpress. we can use free version that devexpress provide for free 30 days. current project link-> if you have read requirements add 'devexpert' in top of your bid.
