Hello, i need a function that extracts the Character from an image. It can be written in whatever language as long as i can call it from my C# program. I dont mind what kind of technique is used (OCR, Matching against templates...) - It has to work on small images 60x40pix - It has to be fast (100ms max. per detection) - It has to have a high rate of success (95%+) I attached sample images
