Add functionality for Add user, Delete User in uDeploy system via REST API calls

agentCLI resource REST command be used to create, edit and deleting agents. It returns a JSONObject with count of agents to status. Expected format: { "ONLINE":4, "UPGRADE_RECOMMENDED":1 } Requires Settings Tab permission; Add tag to user; Add a user with any team; Delete a tag from user, Delete a user be possible. In one of my previous project with uDeploy, I have faced few difficulties about get parameters from Urban Code REST API. Generally, I can get the report of deployment details from UrbanCode Deploy UI under Home->Reports-> Deployments Details. This report have details in this parameters: Application Name, Environment, Date, User, Status, Duration, Actions; I was able to get all application name and its components from REST API but I was unable to find any REST API which gives me deployment status, duration and environment in a single API call. Later, I noticed that there are many more REST calls in UrbanCode Deploy than just those that are documented. Generally every action or query that is possible in the UI is backed by some REST resource in the tool. So easily, I can inspect and identify additional REST resources by using standard browser developer tools. With any browser (eg. firefox) Lot of HTTP requests some of which are REST calls. Look for HTTP requests that have a "200" response from the server and Type of "json." Click on the request in the Network tools and see the full URL, Edit and Resend requests, copy/paste into a new browser tab, etc. Ping me.
