Photo album organizer

We want a desktop application written on C#.Net There are two parts for the software, Part 1. Assume we have a folder with some sub folders. Inside those sub folders, there are jpg pictures. The software must perform the following tasks on those. a. Read through all sub folders and read file names of all images. b. Traversing through pictures using the software, the user must be able to assign each picture to a pre-defined album. c. There should be also a way to define a picture as either Must wanted / Discard. ( When user thinks a picture is important, he should be able to mark it so that the picture will be definitely assigned to one of the albums and vice versa). d. Export the names of the images for each album as a text file (Format will be given). e. Email the image selection to a given mail address. f. User should be able to keep the state ( when user exit from the software and get back in, the previous selections should be there) Part 2. We need a desktop application, given a folder, all images should be resized and copied to another folder. The user should be able to specify the aspect ratio (either as a percentage or in pixels) Happy bidding, Thank you
