* Worked on smth similar in the past. * Already have a functional C prototype that analyse output from tracert command * The missing part should be to call some type of disconnect function

I am expert in doing this type of network programing where we need to reduce the latency in network just by checking the no hops. I can do this in C code and get give a file in which you can configure the no hops after which you can proceed else you can do other task.
