Microchip TCP/IP stack with MQTT

We need a microchip TCP/IP with MQTT stack to work on dsPIC33 and PIC24 families, the stack should be easly implemented on any of our firmware. should compile on XC16 on MPLABX envionnement I want one file for all the TCP/IP and MQTT settings, all the files for the stack in one directory as : "TCPIP Stack" I want two functions MQTTInit() to initialize all the stack, MQTTPipeline() to run all the stack utilities. MQTT should be implemented using secure and unsecure communication. the MAC/PHY is ENCX24J600 connected thru standard pins thru SPI PORT. The SPI communication should be in two options: using standard SPI Module or using Manual communication thru any microcontroller pins.
