317910 Automated Hotmail Mailer

I need a software program that can send mass emails through Hotmail. The program would allow a user to enter 100 hotmail accounts (in username:password format), send 15 emails per hotmail account and then stop, load a new hotmail account automatically and then send another 15. It would continue this until all 100 hotmail accounts had sent 15 emails each. I don't want to tagged as a spammer and i don't to get blacklisted. Need 100% guarantee that emails go into inboxes of our emails and the basic explanation of how you will do that.I want the most cutting edge software that is proven to work. As an example, I have a very similar application, which does mailing with Yahoo accounts instead of Hotmail.
