I need a program or macro that automatically changes the LAN settings in Internet Explorer. The program/macro needs to have the following features - I need to be able to input a list of proxies (ip address and port), and the program has to randomly choose a proxy to use - Needs to have the capability to change proxies at random time intervals, between 90 seconds and 900 seconds The task should be finished as quickly as possible. My budget is not big so please don't bid any extraordinary amounts Thank You
