The idea of the project is to finally have a virtual keyboard that enables users to type their language using a keyboard intended for use by the English language speakers. In other words, the character set of a given language is going to be mapped to an existing physical keyboard.
What I basically need is a tool that uses the Windows DDK-documented methods for generating keyboard layouts in .DLL form for NT-based platforms (Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator is one of these). The reasons that I want it fixed out here are that:
1- It is impossible to create the layout using MSKLC. Almost all the letters in the character set are mapped to at least two key combinations, meaning two or more key presses results in a character display out of a given set on the screen. In other words we have got to deal with a very large character set with a very neat pattern.
2- I don't approve an already existing mapping.
3- Don't have the time and is kind of urgent.
Alternatively, a keyboard driver compatible with XP, Vista and Win 7.
I provide the mapping, you do the work of implementation.
