FPP 1st draft

I'm looking to make a few changes to my current contract between myself and a business partner to make the agreement currnent. Over the past 12 months he's made a few promises that we'd like to put into Ink. I've already redlined the documents myself. I have no legal background so I"m looking for the following from you: [login to view URL] all of my redlines to make sure I'm using the correct legal verbiage and to make any changes you see necessary. 2. To make specific changes for me. Example: I was once an independent contractor but now I am officially an employee: I'll need you to swap out any areas that state that I'm a "contractor," or "independent contractor," with "employee," or whatever verbiage would state that I'm an employee. Also, you'll need to swap out anything in the documents that reference " independent contractor agreement," with something else. I'd guess we'd relabel the "independent contractor agreement," with "employment agreement," or "partner agreement. I'm looking for your guidance on that matter. I will have some follow up questions for guidance. One example is, on the subscription agreement, do I put the current date or do I put the date in which I have obtained 60 total shares ( June 15th 2016 ) ? After these simple changes are done and signed, my partner and I will then take a deeper dive to make many other changes in the contract but that will be a seperate project.
