I need an organizational operations and finance plan

I need an Operations plan that outlines the hierarchy and structure of the department as well as duty areas of the staff for a nonprofit I need this by tomorrow night The structure is Chief of Operations and finance and under neath that is a book keeper who does all of the book keeper functions, a billing clerk that does billing, tracks invoices payments and donations, an IT and A/V support Coordinator that does all basic IT (including server access and management), sets up the IT and A/V requirement for meetings, conferences, and training events, Does some classes on IT and tech and also helps seniors learn how to use smart phones, computers, etc.. This position is also responsible for the database management of our main tracking system, inputting data, pulling reports. This position also gathers numbers for monthly reports to SNS and AAA. The IT position is also cross trained to cover billing duties as needed. The Human Resource Manager covers all HR duties and requirements for the organization and also backfills for the IT and bookkeeper position, as needed. The switchboard operator answer phone calls. Over all of these positions report to the Chief of Operations that can backfill and support any position. Operations managers require sound knowledge of many aspects of the business. Apart from good communication skills, operations manager should have experience in strategic planning, resource management, accounting and team leadership. Operations professionals need a broad set of skills. In addition to the understanding of finance, they should have knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques and production processes. Operations managers help to coordinate the activities of all the departments within a company. The position also reviews and tracks and manages all contracts including the bids and RFPs. Operations manager's duties also often overlap with the duties of a chief executive officer. I will pay up to $100.00 no more I need this flushed out and professional looking. It should provide a basic overview of the team and how each position interacts and how the team and each position supports the non profit as a whole. The Chief of Operations also tracks community and organizational trends and does forecasting of organizational needs based on those trends using data gleaned for the database reports and SWAT Analysis as well as data mining.
