Basically we have to go to the Ministry of Labour Jatujak, Bangkok to put in a complaint, against our former company , to claim our ninety days severance pay as we have been ignored since requesting it!! The MOL will do all the legal stuff but they are insisting we have an independent person attend even though their English seems more than adequate enough for the job at hand??? It is an open and shut case! It is written in Thai law. So you will need to be able to mediate between Thai and English in Jatujak Bangkok on Tuesday around 12-1pm ish. Not 100% sure of the time yet as one of the attendees has to come up from Pattaya. Will confirm later I think it should only take 1-2 hours but cannot be sure??
