i am looking for a complete architectural design to a two stories villa in addition to a penthouse in the roof with the requirement below: 1- each story of the villa must have: - 4 bedroom, ( 1 master bedroom, 3 regular bedroom) - 1 spacious living room with open kitchen area - 2 guest room for gatherings 2- each floor shall have separate entry as of separate apartments. 3- the penthouse must have a modern design, i will leave the plan floor layout and design for your creativity :) 4- final CAD drawings for each floor plan is to be part of this project. 5- Rendering to the exterior of the villa and the penthouse using sketch up/ revit/ or lumen Here are the land size and dimensions in addition to some other restrictions: 1- the land is a square shape 20 meters by 20 meters 2- the building area of each floor shall not exceed 65 percent of the land. meaning that each floor space shall be 260 sure meter
