ABOUT THE COMPANY. We are an architecture office based in North East Victoria, Australia. Seeking a Local Freelancer (Australian) for a Temporary ( 6 Months) Position. Our work is predominantly residential. New homes and extensions. We do full planning applications, as well as construction drawings and shop drawings. The role will predominately involve high levels of AutoCad documentation on Residential projects. Therefore AutoCad experience and competency is a must have. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Architectural draftsperson / Technician to assist with multiple projects. We currently have a mix of new homes and extensions that need documenting. The skills below are required: Residential Drafting experience (AutoCad) - Working drawings (Planning a bonus) - 5 years minimum experience. NCC/BCA Knowledge - Med / High Revit knowledge - Advantageous If you are suitably qualified and interested, please submit your resume, along with some recent examples of construction drawings for a new home or an extension project. Job Type: Full-time, Temp (6 months) with Potential to Extend. Experience: Revit: 3 years (Advantageous) Drafting: 5 years or show Exceptional Skill Level (Required) Job Type: Temporary
