Female Egyptian Arabic Voice Audio for professional multi language children app

I need to find a native, soft spoken Arabic (Egyptian) speaking female with a soft voice to do some clear, clean recording with access to a professional studio or a smart phone and professional voice editing software. I need to add Egyptian Arabic to my multi language children learning app. I am looking for a the right female to work with who is generally passionate about languages and has experience with children (parent / teacher etc.) - access to a studio is preferred.
