Audio file transcription service needed

I am looking for an experienced and dependable individual who can help me transcribe interview data. I need approximately 9.5 hours of audio in the form of mp3 files transcribed. The audio is in English with some accent. Some speakers do not have perfect command of English and have some foreign accent. Each audio file contains an one-on-one interview conversation. Please reply with your previous experience in transcription. I hope this project can be completed within two weeks. Final output should be in notepad, wordpad, or MS Word format. No special formatting needed, except standard punctuation and identification of the speaker preceding each sentence, i.e, a. How are you? b. I am fine. I can send you a sample of transcribed audio file and transcript.
