need sound music editing expert 3

I'm looking for an expert with knowledge in sound mixing and sound editing who can generate ambient sounds such as environment or binarul beats mixing with sounds of nature, waterfall, river, just mixed with other varous things that relax the mind. So basically a person with experience in making music using sound editing tools. I'd like the sound to be generated in .mp3 files 10 minutes a piece. Willing to pay $20 per sound. These sound can not be made already, say for example you can't just take music from a movie and tell me that you made them it has to be personally mixed so therefore I can distribute it without stealing another person's music.
