clone holidays rental website

I need to copy of [login to view URL] Different background colors and pics It will have small and limited modifications, but mainly the site will be the same as [login to view URL] (very important back end admin area too) It is a rental website with credit card payment security + paypal. It will have 3-5 languages support Photos should be easy to add and edit the same for text and calendar (very important) Advantage to recommend pages (send to a friend). It is easy/small project and we are looking for long term relationship with the webmaster.(we will have lots more work...) The time frame should not be over than 20 days. I will supply others sites to take ideas and functions from.
