Class ASP Div Window Popup

This project includes to tasks. 1. I have an application that displays records in a table, I'd like to add two icons to each row. The first icon when clicked would open a div or ajax window that would reside on top of all the existing content, which will pull info form a sql db based on an ID that's passed from the row. 2. The second icon would open a div over the existing content which would also pass in an ID but instead of displaying information it would be a form where information could be submitted. The ID that's passed in would be a hidden form value. Once the submit button is clicked the div window closes. When the div window opens the rest of the page should be grayed out. Each div should have a close link so the user can close the div at any time.
