Contract Flash/Web Designer

We are looking to get a Contract Designer to work for us for 6-month. We hope to be full-time (40hours/week), but designers who can work a minimum of 10 hours/week can be consider. (1) Scope of Work: Each weeks, upto 40-hours of workload will be assign to you. Jobs can be any of the following: - Web Template Design / Web Design - Flash Template Design / Flash Website Design - Flash Banner Design - Short Flash Animation (Such as smiley) Each task assign to you will be assign an hour value. If we shortlist you, we will send you sample of our works, so that we can agreed on the hour value of similar work before this project is award. (2) Other Responsibilities: You work from home, and send work by uploading to FTP or email. You will need to check email everyday, 6-days a week. You will also have to send a report every day, 6-days a week. Rest day should be agreed by both parties before project start.
