I sell franchises in the home services industry. My niche is setting people up in their own franchise who have little or no business experience. I want to create more enticing ads to run online. These ads are targeting people who want to get into their own business by way of purchasing a franchise. I also want to update the information packs that I send out. I have another person who does my adwords and facebook posting. What I am after is someone to write some ads that are going to increase leads.

Have you considered facebook video ads ? They should work absolutely fine for your business. We can create video ads is USD 80 but i would highly recommend that you increase price to USD 250 to generate a quality facebook video add ? I am Y Combinator Startup School 2018 Graduate.
