Victim Impact Statement for child that was hit by a car

The main talking points are listed below. I need this a professional victim impact statement put together. This statement should expand on the effects the accident had on both mother and child. On June 9, 2019, a 9 year old boy was hit by car on his way to church. I am looking for a victim impact statement that reflects the effect that the accident has caused on both mother and child. The statement should be written in first person, reflecting the mothers perspective. The child is originally from the US however was living with his grandmother in a developing country (say X). The incident happened in country X. The child was living and attending school in country X because his Mom (living in America) didn't have a support system to assist in taking care of the child while she worked. At the time of the incident, the mother recently had a second baby (few weeks old). When the news broke she had to fly from the USA to X to prove care for her some. He was put in a medically induced coma to avoid the swelling in his brain to cause any damage. He has life changing impacts to his health. He lungs are damaged and has exterior scars. You don't need to go into details about the medical impact, however he now has trauma and had to grow up fast. He is self conscious about the scars and that other kids will see him differently. We need to stress the impact of trauma has on kids! To get the adequate aftercare thats needed for such in recovery, the mom had to fly the kid back to the USA, because of this this she had miss work on numerous occasions (without pay) to take the kid to doctors appointments. There was just not enough disposable income to afford to miss work and cover these cost. Albeit some medical cost were covered by insurance, the day to day cost started to add up. For the mom, the task at hand was mammoth. Taking care of a newborn and a recovering child affected was though. The mom had to constantly had to carry the ailing child up 3 flights of stairs as the building they lived in did not have an elevator and she did not have a car, so taxi's or public transport was the main mode of transport.
