Need an easy iphone photography app (1900300)

This should be an easy project for someone who knows what they're doing I need to create a simple photography app that uses the camera function of the iPhone. This application will need to create a clip art overlay of the photo. **This task is for programming only, the graphics have been taken care of, so you won't need to wory about them** I will give full details in a private message after I review your previous work history. Please give me the following: 1. Any design/programming you've done before on the iphone. 2. Links to your previous applications in the iTunes App Store. 3. An ETA on how quick this simple app could be completed. I'm looking for someone who is available to discuss the project details on skype and finishes their work in a timely manner.
