I am a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) in India. FCA is an equivalent of CPA in India. I have worked in senior leadership positions in big business groups in India for 13 years, which includes the position of Chief Financial Officer for 4 years in one of the organization. This gives me the edge of understanding commercial transactions better. During the tenure of my service I have had exposure to accounting, costing, budgeting, internal controls, debt funding, preparation of project reports, Capex & Opex monitoring, audit, Indian taxation and business process mapping. I am a Chartered Accountancy practitioner and have performed Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Accounts outsourcing, preparation of Project Reports and consultancy in Indian direct & indirect Taxes for 10 years.
