I am looking for a person that can manufacture 120 scroll-sawed grandfather clocks built like the one pictured. The clock measurement are 7' Tall, 8" Wide, 8" Deep I will provide you with a printed and/or digital pattern. You will be required & responsible for finding the raw material and manufacturing the clocks in 1 to 4 month(s). The clocks should be handmade although I will consider CNC manufactured clocks. I would prefer them to be manufactured in America although I am open to them being manufactured in other destinations. The best candidate... > Must buy the raw material. > Must have the manpower & resources to manufacture 120 of the scroll-sawed grandfather clocks. > Must build the clocks in 1 to 4 month(s). > Must ensure that high quality standers are meet. About the material: The clocks will be made of birch, cherry, maple are some other high quality, stain-able wood determined by me or my client so please consider that when placing your bid. I would like to discuss the clock movements available throw your suppler. About payment: (I am willing negotiate the payment) I willing to pay on a monthly bases after I have received and inspecting a set amount of the clocks OR I willing to pay in-full after I have received and inspected all the clocks. Obviously I will pay more to manufactures that will allow me to pay in full after all the clocks have been received and inspecting by me. About shipping and handling: When the clocks are finished I can add additional funds to this project for shipping and handling or arrange shipping throw my own resources. Tools and equipment required to complete this project: > Professional grade scroll Saw > Professional grade router table > Professional grade table Saw > Professional grade drill Press > Professional grade stand & sealer sprayer > Professional grade stand & sealer center This tools and equipment required to complete this project are including but not limited to the list above.

I would like to introduce myself and Red Lemur Products. We are located just north of Toronto, Canada and have been fabricators since 1992. We are a family run business and have a full fabrication shop with all the tools needed and CNC equipment. I've taken a look at the very detailed scroll work of the clock body. Beautiful My father and I started our first business when I was in Highschool, building teak furniture. We have spent the last 20 years working in detailed manufacturing, mostly for the aerospace industry. With that said...we can produce products to exacting tolerances, with quality assurance, and stringent deadlines. Obviously producing 120 clocks in four months is a full time commitment. At least for us. We are capable of doing this, I would suggest that our manufacturing technique have to use our CNC router, and other equipment. Their are areas the CNC cutters cannot reach based on the scroll work in the picture. There will also have to be quite a few hand made operations of removing material where the router cannot areas reach. Sanding, deburing, and preparation for staining and sealing. Clock movements to be discussed. We surrounded by Mennonite fabricators. Overflow work. This job would also have to involve project managment (to meet your deadline) of which we are well experienced. We would not send anything out the door unless it was to our agreed upon quality standards. Wood supply in our area is abundant. Please contact regards, Jorge Alonso
