Animate Bokeh Particles for Video Intro Project

I have a 1920x1080 HD video intro background design I have created in photoshop that uses bokeh particles (the shimmering, out of focus, light reflection effect if you don't know what Bokeh particles are) on the top of the design (see attached file). This design will be used as a video introduction and in ending credits for our company videos. I need someone to create the bokeh particles in After Effects or Flash if you don't have After Effects and have them randomly fading in and out and randomly move side to side while falling down the screen and fading out (see attached design for where they fade out). Here is a link to a close representation of the speed and style of the bokeh particles I need created: [login to view URL] The particles I want created would, of course, not be as big as the sample in the above link but the link gives you a good idea of how they should move on the screen and fade. The video would need to smoothly loop every 10 or 15 or 20 seconds (you can decide that) so I can use it in the ending credits of the companies videos (just not too fast in the loop so it is not obvious). I can provide the photoshop file I used to create the layout, you would need to create the particles and animate them.
