Web View Android App, read the details carefully

Web View App. Android Should have the below feature and should be Android Studio Project with no additional framework  Native Feature  - Login Screen with Username and Password - API will be provided  Signup Form - with FullName, Email ID, Mobile, Password, API will be provided. Forget password -- Enter email id or mobile, API will be provided. Login Screen, login with username and password. once login the app will keep the user login in the app until we dont logout. (The App should keep the user always sign-In the user will auto login to the web view, when the app is turned on.) the logout on webview on php page which is online if used then the app should also detect and logout the user and show the login screen of the App. If the app is close and open again the user should be auto login in the web view. If there is no Internet the app should show an offline page,  or no internet and a refresh button if the internet is available then it should show the online page and will auto login users to the online session. Facebook, Google and Linkedin Signup and Login Full screen mode only Notification along with the Php program to send this notification. The PHP program should be simple design so we can consume it in the actual application. The URL Config if any of the Notification should be in Config file in the App. InApp Purchase Feature where the entire information will be controlled on Json request we will provide API for (Header, Image, Desc, Amt, Pay Button) to be displayed in the app, if paid show a different Info with the payment details (Header, Image, Desc, Amt paid, date paid, valid till) however we also need this feature to be enable and disable in the Config file in the App.  we may or may not use it depending on the requirement. so we should be able to enable disable Source Code should be provided and config and installation details and assistance with installation if needed.
