Question App

I would like this app to be available on both Android and Apple, I'm thinking Unity 2D may be the best fit, but would like a smooth toony yet professional look similar to the Chinese Skill and Duolingo Apps. I am looking to spend roughly $1500 - $2000. And would like to work with this person long term in the development of this app. Details of this project. 1.) App Icon.) Tie or Character face on app icon (I'll provide) 2.) Splash screen – Character pose with screen App Name (I'll provide) 3.) Main Screen – Small Player profile, unlock question/exam prep, as well as locked question preps, scroll screen. This will count as home screen. Side menu/top menu allows for return to home screen. The apps Chinese skill & Duo Lingo have similar intro screens. 4.) Question # select screen should start similar to Chinese skill/Duo lingo where you can select each lesson. Instead you will select the question you are on and continue. Other option would be to do a level map where you could select the question you are on. 5.) Question screen. I want to see movement on this screen. I would like the question to roll in, maybe the character fade in, and the other buttons to come in from the left. Hint button should lead to a pop up, example answer to the question. Answer button should take user to another screen where text input is allowed and stored. The answer to the question should be checked by character length. If the not enough characters are entered, the file will not be stored the user will received a msg/pop up “Please enter more information”. If enough characters are entered. The user will be able to save and points will be added to their XP. I would like something to fly on to the screen as well to notify the user of how many points they gained or lost. Then the user will be sent back to previous screen. 6.) From there the user can either go back to answer to edit, or go back to the question selection screen to pick another question. If the question was completed, it should show that it is completed (Maybe by check sign). 7.) I would like to start with 10 question sets. Once the app is made it should be very easy to expand into other questions sets as it is basically copying and pasting and renaming and making connections. Screens/Pages: Splash Screen, Home screen (Question sets (1 unlocked, other 9 will require payment), Profile Screen, Question set home screen, Question screen, Answer screen. 8.) Profile screen will be selectable from the menu. On the Profile screen you will be see your picture/upload your picture, and then you will see your current rank (Changes based on how many points you have), current XP, and one more category that will keep track of the number of questions answered. 9.) I have all the screens/pictures. But will definite accept ideas on better/smoother designs. All I need is the programming.
