Requirement: We need to design an APP which will connect to the beacon using bluetooth. Each beacon has a unique identification no. and a range. A customer can buy multiple beacons and register the product using the APP. He can attached the beacon to his key chain, put it in the wallet, attached it on a mobile phone or a table or even can put it in a checked-in luggage. Every time he buys a new beacon he will connect the same on the APP and save it with a name. The APP should have an Audio and Video facility to locate a beacon. Please run through the links below to get more details. The supplier will provide us with a SDK & documents along with a sample beacon for testing. I have also mentioned a few more points which we discussed yesterday.
