android mms forwarder

I would like a an app built for Android that listens for incoming MMS messages and simply forwards them to a specified phone#. The app should have 2 screens, one for Settings, where you can specify the phone# that it forwards to, and another for Status, to show history of what was received and sent, like date/time/phone#/file-size/send-success-or-fail. The app should forward messages only when it's in the foreground,(keep turned on) and stop forwarding when it's in the background.
