I have a platform and I need to have high quality pictures taken remotely. Camera platform moves at 0.15 - 0.35m/s (slow). Camera can be positioned anywhere from 60cm to 150 cm from the region of interest. Prefer minimal distortion through use of fisheye lens. The region of interest is typically 80-120cm wide to 150cm high. Platform can provide very long life power (circa 12-15 hours between charges). I need to take still images at one photo every 4-7 seconds. Images to be passed to disk on server onboard the moving platform. If necessary the solution can include dedicated image server. Platform can support both camera and lighting. There is no size limit on light array but weight should not exceed 1kg. Image is of pallets wrapped in plastic so solution will need to cater for reflection. Testing is to be carried out in Sydney, AU. While the camera is moving horizontally, the platform is very stable with almost no vibration. Solution needs to allow user to adjust light balance, shutter speed and be of very high quality. Camera can be a re-purposed phone or specialised camera. RPi could be an option if quality assured. Lighting can be either constant or flash. Solution to include light specification. Camera and light to operate indoors ONLY. Image capture to include trigger over WiFi to URL. Trigger will include file name which will be appended with DateTime stamp
