We’ve just recently started an Amazon storefront My 2 Loves, selling retail items, with the objective of getting the BuyBox (not drop-shipping). We’ve had great success using a proven method and detailed analysis tool to choose products that meet our criteria. Now we need someone to help us to find good wholesalers (or suppliers as some would call them) for our niche. Our niche is health & beauty, toys/children's items (not clothing), houseware, and hardware. These wholesalers would need to supply us with their product listing (sometimes called a SKU listing). Most of them have been able to provide this but some don’t have it. We CAN'T work with them if they don’t. I will do the application process and provide our reseller cert, EIN, etc. You don't have to worry about that. I am in the process of obtaining my EIN so bonus if they don't require that before opening an account. But before I do that: YOU WOULD: • Find the wholesalers • They must be domestic (US based) • Ask if they are accepting applications from Amazon sellers • If they ask, we only sell online through our website, Amazon, Facebook, etc. We do not have a "brick and mortar" storefront • Make sure they can provide a PRODUCT LISTING: Should be formatted as excel, csv and in some cases, pdf Should include AT LEAST the following information: o UPC code o Wholesale price o SKU (sometimes called a Product # or Part #) We’re not too concerned about working with the really huge suppliers. Sometimes, the small to medium sized companies are just as good.
