Need to send logs coming into S3 to Cloudwatch using Lambda or any other way, these are logs coming from AWSConfig, then a rule in Cloudwatch to alert on any changes in S3 bucket config. Can see reference here: [login to view URL] This is around a $30-$50 project, should take 10-20min.
