WebGL effect developer needed on urgently -- 2

I have a wordpress site where we show our portfolios, and we hired a developer to make webgl effect same as other site, but after his efforts he could only make what I have attached in video "this is we have" but I want same looks and transition as "how I want" video. Both videos are attached. Please bid only if you can do this today, its just about adjustment in webgl effect code. Do not bid if you dont have experience in webgl effects.
