We are hiring Talented Designers/Programmers. I am a property manager and I currently have a very basic website. I just purchased a new template that I want to use but I need help with integrating the backend database with the website. I currently have about a dozen properties but I am now aggresively marketing my services. As a result I need something that is web based where I or my assistant can enter property details, rental rates, pictures, location, etc. This information then needs to be displayed on my listings page or the customer can do a property search based on their criteria. I also would like to offer FREE listings to property owners but they need to register for an account. Once approved, they can enter their listings. I intend to offer free listings but want to give the owners an option at the end to use our services.
