Online Election poll using Java CGI API

I have developed applications similar to what you are describing, using ASP and MS Access database. I would not recommend using Java for any part of this application due to its tendency to be slow, and tie up client resources. I can develop a polling system for you which can be reused and customized for each individual poll that you may want to run. Will train you on use of the system, and be available for further scaling or future projects.

Java Server Pages would be perfect for this project. It is much faster than any Windows product will ever be. I've been doing Java and JSP for the last 3 years and have done everything from small applications to enterprise web applications.
