I want 3 Lists Built of Sites To Visit To Get Traffic (I want hundreds of accurate entries)

Imagine you have just launched a website that sells an ebook (non-fiction, and the ebook is sold through [login to view URL]). You want to start getting traffic to your site. I want 3 lists built – one for website launch, one for free traffic and one for paid traffic. I want as many entries in each list as you can find. Each list entry will be on a separate line, and be in the format of the hyperlinked name of the site followed by a brief description: WebsiteName - a5-10 word description List 1 – Website Launch This list will contain the sites to get listed on search engines, publicity articles etc. Order of the list will be in the logical order of sites you would visit. Separate the sites into free and paid. First part of the list will be sites that are free, followed by sites that charge. List 2 – Free Traffic This list will contain as many sites as you can find to list your product for free eg ebook repositories, ezines, forums etc. Order of this list will be alphabetical. List 3 – Paid Traffic This list will contain sites you can go to to pay to get traffic to your site. I have a couple of hundred entries already here, in 2 lists. The 2 lists need to be combined and duplicates and inactive links deleted. Perhaps you will find additional sites not on the lists. Order of this list will be alphabetical.
