Patient Flow Graphic

We are a patient flow software company in need of a graphic that shows how workflow automation helps a fictitious patient, Anne West, travel more quickly and efficiently through the hospital (from the Emergency Department, to surgery, to recovery, and then discharge.) I have written the scenario in bullet form, and need someone to create a "flow chart" with images or icons that explain the events as they happen. MUST BE ABLE TO create a library of icons specific to the patient care process for use in the diagram. We would prefer that you not use clip-art, but design the icons in Freehand or some other program so that they'll match our corporate identity and graphic standards. PLEASE DO NOT respond unless you have a related deliverable that shows your capabilities. This is a slightly different skill set than just brochure, advertising or Web design, and we want someone who is familiar with workflow and has created animation and/or graphics that describe a detailed process. If we have the right person, we will be willing to increase our budget, but we must feel from your supporting work samples that you can handle a complex, detailed project. This is a re-posting; we received too many bids from people who didn't seem to have relevant experience the first time.
