I have a small martial arts studio in Hong Kong as well as 2 Jobs Recently things have started picking up and I need help to stay on top of things. I need someone who can work with Wave accounting, dropbox, skype and excel for the following tasks - Updating and tracking attendance - Proofreading and correcting current spreadsheets - Calculating student and studio profitability - Managing the bookkeeping of internal/External events (Seminars, external classes I will teach etc.) There will probably be more added to this list as the business grows and this will probably become and ongoing hourly paid task. I am looking for someone who can help me on the admin side of the business in the long run. I will review matters with the successful candidate in further details once selected.
