mjbahr007 3 short stories in one 9x6 book

Take the pdf files (see attached), fax copies, or photo copies of the 3 short stories I provide, format them for a 9x6 book able to be uploaded with all required fonts into LuLu and include provided photo(s) for cover (select what you feel is the best photo). Project less than 100 pages. Words used, and style of writing not to be changed. I want it presented just the way the author wrote it.
