The solution needs to be in Delphi 10 and without the use of ready-made libraries (unless the programmer can install something free)

I need a freelancer to make a number of website amendments as highlighted by an SEM Rush report. Please see summary attached. Budget for this project is $50USD but this will lead to more work. Bids greater than $50USD will be deleted. IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED.
