I want to brainstorm ideas on how to pay real estate agents for their referrals. Referrals to be paid by attorneys, home inspectors etc. Should not violate RESPA. Should be all legal. For example, if the real estate agent employs the home inspector directly & have proper disclosures for his/her clients, then the agent can perhaps get paid legally.

Hi, I am looking for a software program that can audit loan/mortgage documents for mistakes, fraud , predatory lending, etc. It needs to identify if a borrower is a victim of predatory lending. It needs to identify when when federal and state laws pertaining to lending to consumers has been violated, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Real Estate Settlement & Procedures Act (RESPA), etc. It needs also to give a complete report with all violations and findings.
