We started working with OTRS this Feb. Some settings still need to be edited, but more importantly we need 2-3 processes automated with the "Process Management" in OTRS. IT's simple steps, beeing aprooved or done and then the ticket goes in new states to new departments. All documented in the attached file. File will be translated to english, right now it's in german. We are looking for somebody to first program this two processes and then we will new processes in the future.

This JS script loads extra options into the ticket compose views. In this case a wizard with lots of input options to generate a text template. The extra options show dependent on the response template (ReponseID) that the user has selected. Also it does remember the selected wizard options for this ticket so the user can reopen the wizard and regenerate the text over and over until it is correct. We currently have a OTRS server 5.0.16 in a Debian 6 box with MySQL 14.14 which have performance problems. Once in a while the server gets unresponsible and need to reboot it. Would like to setup a new linux box: p.e. Ubuntu server with the latest stable version of OTRS, latest stable MySQL, and latest OTRS, etc. We'll provide ssh access to both servers. Есть развернутая система OTRS (open source servis desk). частично настроена. Надо донастроить, возможно что-то дописать. Задача - организовать корректную обработку заявок приходящих по эл почте с другого SD. Письма с фиксированным форматом, но в OTRS кладутся некорректно. Так же надо отсеять дублирующие заявки, соответствующие признаки есть. Сисадмин не справляется, поэтому ищем ему подмогу.
