Each image is a thumbnail that, when clicked, will then retrieve the full-size image from a USENET server via NNTP commands (we know how to do this in Perl, but not PHP5). I'm looking for assistance in building a current list of large ISPs and their Usenet/NNTP hostnames as well as if user authentication is required to connect. You can use whatever method you believe is most effective, but the list needs to be created manually and not be a copyright infringement/derivative work of existing content. I believe contacting each ISP might be a good option, but there may be more effective approaches.
