With a modern aesthetic at the core, you should have a strong proficiency in 3DS Max or similar software and a fantastic understanding and execution of modern design. Being attentive to detail while producing the requested medium-detailed models is crucial, as these models should be noteworthy even from a mid-range perspective. Your portfolio should showcase a variety of 3D modeled environments, particularly the modern-styled houses. I appreciate the ability to blend creativity and technical skills. I'm seeking someone who is firm with deadlines and communicates promptly.

House plans to be completed. Mark ups provided in 2 stages. DWG provided. You need to have experience in completing drawings for building approval. This job may need revisions once submitted for building permit. After revisions the job will be complete. Mark ups need to be reflected on entire set of plans (10 sheets in all) We will need to have at least one phone call to clarify the job.
